Horseradish Mayo

1/2 cup Vegannaise (or regular mayo)
2 Tbl. (or to taste) bottled white horseradish (if you want to use fresh root, email me and I'll tell you how)
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

To really let the flavors meld, I mix together and let it refridgerate while I'm cooking the rest of the meal.
